Sharon, I think you might find it's a "texta". But perhaps I'm wrong, since I assume you and Adam have done your philological research!
ReplyDeleteHaha! I think you might be right. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteWhat about "Bonzer" then?
ReplyDeleteWhats a Bonzer?
ReplyDeleteBonzer means "great" or "wonderful".
DeleteHi Sharon! As an Aussie now living in NJ, I reckon this is a great list! I am trying to do exactly the same for my new blog except the inverse! BTW, for me 'Baz" is short for Barry (my brother-in-law's name: s'times also Bazza) but maybe Brians use this as well? Not sure. Bonza= fantastic/wonderful.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of Baz being short hand for Brian before... Barry, all the time. :) Great list though!
ReplyDeleteBaz is definitely Barry! Not Brian (from an Aussie) Also it's all over the SHOP not show. haha sorry!
DeleteThanks Emily!
DeleteAs a Kiwi, raisins and sultanas are not the same thing! Both are dried grapes, but different varieties and taste different to each other.

Thank you!
